TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Airport Collection/Return
Free delivery applies to both Domestic and International Terminals. Vehicles not returned to depot will incur a relocation fee.

Licence
All drivers must be nominated on the Rental Agreement and produce either a valid Australian, International or Overseas drivers licence.

Insurance
Subject to all Terms and Conditions on the face and reverse side of the Rental Agreement, full insurance cover is included in the rates. However, a liability payment will be applicable and collision damage waiver (C.D.W.) may be taken to reduce this liability.

Stamp Duty
Whilst GST is included in all rates a State Government stamp duty applies on all Rental Agreements.

Rental Duration
A rental day is 24 hours from the commencement of the rental. Late returns are charged at 1/4 of the daily rate per hour up to 4 hours, after which a full days rental charge will apply. All extensions must be notified in advance to maintain insurance cover.

Fuel
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel. If not returned this way a refuelling fee will apply plus the cost of the fuel.

Street Directories/Road Maps
Street directories are on loan at no charge. A replacement fee of $33 will apply for directories not returned or damaged.

Child Seats
Approved child seats, boosters and capsules are available for a nominal fee.

Cleaning
All vehicles must be returned in a clean condition. Any excessive interior/exterior cleaning will incur a fee.

Surcharges
Drivers 21 - 24 years a $5.50 surcharge applies.
